Mr. Anderson was appointed to his current position in 2018, after serving as Asset Director, District Operations Manager, Manager U.S. Completions and staff engineer for PDC. In his current position, he is responsible for drilling, completion, production, infrastructure and integration of all functions of the Delaware Basin assets. Mr. Anderson joined the company in 2004. Prior to that, he worked in various positions for BJ Services Company, most recently as District Engineer. Mr. Anderson holds a BS in Geology from North Dakota State University in Fargo.

Ms. Bell joined PDC Energy in September 2014 and was appointed to her current position in 2021. Ms. Bell first joined PDC as a Recruiter in 2014 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility including Senior HR Business Partner & HR Manager.  As the Company’s Director of Human Resources, she is responsible for all facets of the human resources function.  She holds an M.A. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa and a B.S. in Psychology from Minnesota State University, Mankato and holds her Professional in Human Resources certification.

Ms. Blaser was appointed as the Company’s Vice President and Assistant General Counsel in March 2020. Ms. Blaser joined the Company in March 2019 as Associate General Counsel and previously served as Assistant General Counsel of Resolute Energy Corporation, which was acquired by Cimarex Energy Co. in early March 2019.  Prior to joining Resolute, Ms. Blaser worked as an associate for the Corporate Finance and Acquisitions group at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP in Denver, Colorado where she gained a wide range of experience representing public and private companies in securities offerings, securities law disclosure and compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and executive compensation matters.  Ms. Blaser received her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude for being in the top 10% of her class.  Prior to law school, Ms. Blaser worked as a Certified Public Accountant in the audit group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP Denver office where she gained a strong background in financial accounting and securities regulation matters. She received her BA in Accounting from the University of Colorado Boulder, where she graduated With Distinction.

Mr. BonSalle joined PDC Energy in January 2013 and was appointed to his current position in August 2021. As the Company’s Director of Corporate Strategy, Mr. BonSalle is responsible for long term corporate planning and forecasting, risk management and middle office support for PDCs derivative activity. Mr. BonSalle has 14 years experience in the oil and gas industry, including his prior roles with DCP Midstream including FP&A, Commercial and Strategic Planning. Mr. BonSalle holds a Masters of Science in Accounting from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance with an emphasis in Statistics from the University of Denver.

Mr. Canonico joined PDC Energy in August 2017 as VP Environment, Health and Safety. He has over 20 years of experience in EHS, sustainability and related fields in multiple industries, including energy, technology, and pulp & paper, in the U.S. and internationally. He specializes in developing compliance management systems, negotiating agreements and collaborating on public policy. Prior to joining PDC , Mr. Canonico was head of EHS at Berry Petroleum until it s purchase by LINN Energy, where he continued as Regional EHS Manger for western assets. His career experience also includes leadership positions at International Paper and Hewlett-Packard.

A U.S. Army veteran, Mr. Canonico holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy, West Point, as well as an M.S. in Environmental Science and Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, and an M.A. in Management from Webster University. He is a registered Professional Engineer.

Mr. Crawford joined PDC in July 2021 where he is responsible for managing and coordinating the Financial Planning and Analysis, Investor Relations, and Treasury teams.  Mr. Crawford served as Chief Financial Officer at High Point Resources from May 2018 until April 2021, and previously served as Senior Vice President – Treasury and Finance from February 2016 until May 2018. He served as Vice President – Finance and Marketing from February 2009 until February 2016, and served as Director – Finance, Financial Analyst and other functions in the finance department since joining the company in 2004. From 1994 through 2003, Mr. Crawford held various domestic and international positions in accounting and finance with several subsidiaries of Schlumberger Limited, an international oilfield services company. Mr. Crawford has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Colorado State University.

Mr. Gopalakrishnan was appointed to his current position in 2021 and began his career with PDC Energy in September 2012 as Director – Information Technologies before being names Senior Director in 2018. Mr. Gopalakrishnan brings a broad and deep technology background with 16 years of technical and management experience, and a proven record in strategic thinking and superior tactical execution. He also brings extensive experience building oil and gas related infrastructure technology.

Preceding PDC, Mr. Gopalakrishnan held the position of Manager of Information Technology for six years with Aspect Holdings, LLC, a private oil and gas company based in Denver, Colorado, where he was responsible for aligning Information Technology with the business goals of the organization. Prior to this Mr. Gopalakrishnan held various management positions of increasing responsibility with Quark Inc. located in Denver, Colorado, most recently serving as Director of Professional Services leading a team of eight project managers and system integration engineers. Mr. Gopalakrishnan received a Bachelor of Electronic Science from the University of Madras, India.

Mr. Laramie was appointed to his current position in 2019 where he is responsible for the overall strategic plan of lease records, division orders and GIS.  He brings to his role over 15 years of land, land administration and leadership experience.  Mr. Laramie first joined PDC as the Manager of Land Administration in 2017. Prior to joining PDC, he held a variety of land positions of increasing responsibility with Noble Energy beginning in 2010, with his most recent position as Land Manager.  Mr. Laramie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado and received an Energy Land Management certificate from the Daniels College of Business from the University of Denver. He is a member of the both the American and Denver Association of Professional Landmen.

Ms. Lovewell-Versaw joined PDC Energy in 2017 and was appointed to her current position in March 2022. Ms. Lovewell-Versaw is responsible for managing and overseeing financial reporting for SEC filings, internal financial reporting, and corporate accounting. Additionally, she assists with and coordinates the research for technical accounting issues, new accounting pronouncements and regulatory reporting standards. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Lovewell-Versaw was employed by KPMG LLP from 2006 to 2017, the last two years as Senior Manager, where she served public clients primarily in the oil and gas industry. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado and holds a M.S. and B.S. in Business Administration, both with a concentration in Accounting from Colorado State University.

Mr. Miller was appointed to his current position in March 2023, after serving as Senior Asset Director, Senior Well Execution Manager, Senior District Operations Manager, and staff engineer for PDC. In his current position, he is responsible for drilling, completion, production, and integration of all functions of the Wattenberg Basin assets. Mr. Miller joined the company in 2007. Prior to that, he worked in various positions for BJ Services Company, most recently as Technical Engineer and Region Lab Manager. Mr. Miller holds a BS in Engineering with Mechanical Specialty from Colorado School of Mines in Golden.

Ms. Neal joined PDC Energy in 2018 and was appointed to her current position in March of 2022, after serving as Senior Manager of Internal Audit since 2020.  As the Company’s Director of Internal Audit, Ms. Neal is responsible for the oversight, planning, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of the Company’s overall control environment in compliance with SOX control requirements as well as helping to drive effective controls and business efficiencies throughout the organization. Ms. Neal has over 17 years of Audit experience with 6 years at KPMG and 11 in oil and gas.  Ms. Neal is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado and holds an MS in Accounting and a BS in Finance from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Ms. Pshichenko joined PDC Energy in 2014 and was appointed to her current position in 2020, after serving as Senior Manager of Operations Technology and Process Management since 2018.  Ms. Pshichenko has over 20 years of oil and gas industry experience and brings deep operational expertise along with extensive program execution, system implementation, application management and broad experience in orchestrating complex technical and business process solutions.  Prior to joining PDC, she held numerous roles managing key technology initiatives, system enhancements and process efficiency objectives.  She established her vast and diverse experience while working at Whiting Petroleum from June 2013 to August 2014 as a Business Application Analyst, and Noble Energy from 2000 to 2013 serving as a Certified Network Administrator for over seven years, and more recently as Business Integration Analyst for the remaining six years of her tenure at Noble

Mr. Roach was promoted to Director in August 2018 where he is responsible for managing and coordinating PDC’s reservoir engineering, including reserves reporting and evaluation of technological advancements. He joined PDC in 2008 and most recently served as Planning and Development Manager for the Company’s Wattenberg assets. Prior to that role he held the titles of Lead Engineer and Senior Petroleum Engineer. Mr. Roach has over 18 years of oil and gas experience including working for Noble Energy, Gunnison Energy Corporation and Halliburton. Mr. Roach holds a Masters of Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and a Bachelors of Geology from the University of Colorado.

Mr. Robison joined PDC in August of 2020 as the Director of Revenue Accounting.  He brings over 15 years of Oil and Gas Revenue Accounting and Land Administration experience to his role, most recently serving as a SAP PRA and Business Process Improvement consultant for Crawford Consulting where he was responsible for leading SAP PRA implementations for multiple Oil and Gas clients, including leading the PRA portion of PDC’s 2018-2019 SAP implementation. Prior to that he has worked in various Revenue Accounting management roles for Statoil US Onshore Properties and Southwestern Energy.  He began his career with IBM’s Global Business Services group out of Tulsa, OK supporting British Petroleum’s US Onshore activities in the Production Administration and Revenue Accounting areas of focus. Mr. Robison holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis on Accounting Principles from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, OK.

Ms. Sigdestad joined PDC Energy in October of 2016 and was appointed to her current position in 2022, after serving as the Sr. Manager EHS and Sr. Manager, Merger & Acquisition Integration.  As the EHS Director, she is responsible for overseeing corporate EHS strategies and compliance, while leading PDC’s external affairs related to EHS.  Ms. Sigdestad brings a broad and deep technical knowledge base with over 25 years of engineering, planning, project management and gas marketing experience.  Ms. Sigdestad holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.

Mr. Wallace joined PDC Energy in 2016 and was appointed to his current position in 2018. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wallace served as Oil and Gas Controller at Forestar Group Inc. from 2014 to 2016. From 2010 to 2014, he served as Treasurer and Manager of Budgeting and Forecasting of Intrepid Potash, Inc. From 2003 to 2010, Mr. Wallace held various positions with SM Energy Company including at separate times Assistant Treasurer and Assistant Controller. Mr. Wallace was a senior auditor with Arthur Andersen LLP and KPMG LLP from 1999 to 2003 where he served clients primarily in the manufacturing, governmental, non-profit and technology sectors. Mr. Wallace is an active CPA in the state of Colorado. Mr. Wallace holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.

Mr. Welling joined PDC Energy in 2011 and was appointed to his current position as Chief Accounting Officer in November 2022 after serving as Controller since 2018. He has also held the roles of Director E&P Accounting, Manager Budgeting and Analysis and Manager Technical Accounting & Special Projects. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Welling was employed by PwC LLP in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania from September 2003 to November 2011, the last two and one-half years serving as Manager. Prior thereto, from June 2001 to September 2003, Mr. Welling was employed by Bodkin, Wilson & Kozicki, PLLC, an accounting firm based in Wheeling, West Virginia. Mr. Welling is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a BS in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from West Liberty University, West Virginia.

Mr. Whisenand was appointed to his current position in 2017 where he is responsible for management of all land-related matters. Mr. Whisenand first joined PDC as a staff Landman in March 2007 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Senior Landman, Team Lead and Land Manager. Mr. Whisenand has broad land management experience in supporting operational execution, business development and land administration. Prior to joining PDC, Mr. Whisenand worked for land broker LoneTree Energy accomplishing client goals in a variety of basins. Mr. Whisenand holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a major in Information Systems from the University of North Dakota and is a Certified Professional Landman.

Mr. Wojciechowicz joined PDC Energy in August of 2009 and was appointed to his current position in 2021 after serving as Senior Manager FP&A and Manager Budgeting and Analysis.  Mr. Wojciechowicz brings to his role over 20 years of budgeting, analysis and finance experience in the E&P and utilities sectors.  Prior to joining PDC Energy, Mr. Wojciechowicz worked at Allegheny Energy and Mountaineer Gas Company as a trader in electric and natural gas markets, specializing in budget and forecasting, and was a representative on PJM Interconnection Subcommittees.  Mr. Wojciechowicz holds a Bachelor’s degree from West Virginia State University, with an Accounting focus and a minor in Economics.
